A favourite son of Hamilton gets a star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

One of Hamilton’s very own will solidify his celebrity status this week.
Eugene Levy, star of countless television series and movies, will
receive his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in ceremonies planned for
Friday (March 8).
Born in downtown Hamilton, the now 77-year-old Levy spent his early
years in Steeltown attending Westdale Secondary School and later
McMaster University where he formed friendships with future filmmaker
Ivan Reitman and long-time colleagues Martin Short and Dave Thomas.
One of Hamilton’s very own will solidify his celebrity status this week.
